Hi I’m Phenel, and I’m excited to be a part of Paige Green’s Tutoring. My passion for tutoring is based around helping others succeed and achieve their academic potential. Seeing students become more confident each week at tackling mathematical challenges is extremely rewarding, as I know my own personal teaching philosophy has aided this. My teaching style entails a personal approach, tailoring lessons to the specific needs of a student to best improve their areas of weakness. This combined with my outgoing and cheerful personality ensures each session is not only an hour of teaching, but a fun experience that encourages students to improve.

Hello there! I'm Alex and I am excited to join Paige Greens Tuturoing. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic mathematics tutor with a strong background in education. I have a Master's degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and my mission is to make learning engaging and enjoyable for my students. I am genuinely passionate about empowering young minds through education. Witnessing the "aha" moments when a challenging concept finally clicks for a student is what motivates me. I understand that each student learns differently, and I tailor my teaching to accommodate diverse learning styles. I create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Let's work together to boost your understanding and confidence in mathematics.

Hi! I'm Ebony and I've taught maths for 5 years after getting a 1st class degree in Mathematics Education from Edge Hill University.
Since qualifying I've taught a range of ages and abilities so I'm confident I can help students no matter their individual needs including experience with SEND students as part of my previous role as a secondary school teacher.
Every student is different and I will work hard to create bespoke learning packages to make sure that I'm providing the best approach for each student I tutor. My job is to bring out the skills in the student and help them achieve their goals academically, as well as build up confidence and self-efficacy.

Hi, my name is Aryan and I am excited to start working with Paige Green’s Tutoring! My passion for tutoring comes from my enthusiasm to share knowledge and my desire to help others succeed. As someone in the same position as you a few years ago, I know how redeeming learning a new skill can be. So if I am able to make a meaningful impact and help others grow through tutoring, I will always say yes to such an opportunity. My teaching philosophy allows me to connect with students on a personal level and tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. My aim is to foster a love of learning that extends beyond school.

Hello, I am Keith! I am a qualified maths teacher since 2013 and have taught across a wide variety of age ranges from y5 to y13. I have experience with children of all backgrounds and abilities to help with SATs, GCSEs and ALevels. I am currently a teacher in an IB school, working with students from around the world which is fascinating! Maths is my passion, I always consider myself a learner in it, and I enjoy sharing that feeling with others

Hi, I'm Claire! I really enjoy teaching one to one as it allows me to get to know the students and really streamline their learning. I love seeing students confidence grow as we work through our lessons, as well as getting to know them and their aspirations. I graduated in 2012 from the University of Essex with a BSc Mathematics and then trained to be a teacher in 2014. As well as in mainstream I have taught in both alternative education and intervention roles, making tailored schemes of work for the students. I am also an examiner, which has really helped me to understand where common misconceptions lie within maths. I have taught KS2, KS3, foundation, and higher GCSE and functional skills.

Hello there! My name is Allie, and I love dogs, walking, quizzes, and Mathematics! I am very pleased to be working as a tutor within Paige Green's Tutoring!I was a Secondary Maths teacher from 1989 to 2012 - having attained a BSc degree and a PCSE.
I worked in 5 different schools altogether, and then decided to quit the classroom and become a private Maths tutor. Since then I have worked with a wonderful bunch of students - mainly helping them prepare for their GCSEs, as well as a smaller number of KS2 and KS3 students and adult learners.
I have been a GCSE examiner for Edexcel since 2012, and have been part of their tutoring team in the past few years within the National Tutoring Programme.
I would like to think that I am a very approachable and patient tutor, with a good and quirky sense of humour, who endeavours to see the Maths problems that the students may be facing from their point of view.
I really believe that tutoring comes down to ensuring that each tutee feels absolutely confident working with me, and that I can work successfully with them to help them achieve their desired goal.
